Refund policy

Redo You ("we", "us") wants you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds work across our products and services — credit packs and Pro subscriptions, as well as custom business apps, workflow automation, AI assistants, and AI website rebuilds.

Credit packs and Pro subscriptions

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all review credit packs and Pro subscriptions purchased through this site. You may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any reason, including change of mind. After 30 days, refunds are considered case by case (for example, if the service was unavailable or did not perform as described).

Pro subscriptions

For Pro subscriptions, the 30-day guarantee applies to your first billing cycle. You can cancel a renewal at any time from the billing portal — when you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current period. Renewal charges already paid are not automatically refunded once the new period has begun, but you may still contact us within 30 days of any charge to request a refund.

Credits already used

If you have used some of your purchased credits, we may offer a partial refund proportional to unused credits. Refunded purchases will revoke any remaining credits granted by that purchase.

Custom apps, automation, AI assistants & website projects

Custom projects are scoped, quoted, and delivered under a separate proposal or statement of work, so the 30-day credit guarantee does not apply to them. Instead:

  • Deposits and milestone payments cover work already planned and performed and are generally non-refundable once that work has begun.
  • If you cancel a project before work starts, any deposit is refundable less any costs we have already incurred.
  • If we cannot deliver an agreed milestone, we will refund amounts paid for that undelivered milestone, or agree a fair adjustment with you.
  • Ongoing support, hosting, or maintenance plans can be cancelled for future periods; fees already paid for the current period are not refunded.

The specific refund and cancellation terms in your signed proposal or statement of work take precedence for that engagement.

How to request a refund

Send us a message through our contact form with your order number, invoice number, or the email address you used at checkout. We process card refunds through Stripe, our payment processor.

For Pro subscriptions you can also cancel future renewals at any time from the billing portal linked on the Buy credits page.

Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
