Refund policy

Redo You ("we", "us") wants you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all review credit packs and Pro subscriptions purchased through this site.

Refund window

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any reason, including change of mind. After 30 days, refunds are considered case by case (for example, if the service was unavailable or did not perform as described).

Pro subscriptions

For Pro subscriptions, the 30-day guarantee applies to your first billing cycle. You can cancel a renewal at any time from the billing portal — when you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current period. Renewal charges already paid are not automatically refunded once the new period has begun, but you may still contact us within 30 days of any charge to request a refund.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@redoyou.com.au with your order number or the email address you used at checkout. We process refunds through Stripe, our payment processor.

For Pro subscriptions you can also cancel future renewals at any time from the billing portal linked on the Buy credits page.

Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

Credits already used

If you have used some of your purchased credits, we may offer a partial refund proportional to unused credits. Refunded purchases will revoke any remaining credits granted by that purchase.
