1. Who you are contracting with

These terms govern your use of redoyou.com.au and related services (the "Service"), operated by Redo You ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

Redo You provides AI-generated reviews of software and tech tools, editorial briefings, and a credit-based search tool. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them — they may contain inaccuracies and are not professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• generate hateful, harassing, deceptive, or harmful content, malware, or content that exploits minors;
• attempt to bypass technical limits, scrape at scale, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Service;
• resell, redistribute, or expose the Service to third parties as if it were your own.

You are responsible for prompts you submit, how you use outputs, and ensuring you have the rights to any content you input. We may remove content, refuse outputs, or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Credits and subscriptions

Some features require credits. Credits are granted when you purchase a pack or while a Pro subscription is active. Credits expire 12 months after they are granted. Unused credits have no cash value. Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe under their End User Terms. Redo You is the seller of record. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes are added at checkout where required. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our refund policy for our 30-day money-back guarantee.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including software, design, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may use AI-generated outputs you produce through your account, subject to our acceptable-use rules and any third-party rights in source material. You grant us a limited licence to host and process content you submit solely to operate the Service.

8. Service availability

We do our best but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of acceptable use. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel a subscription via the billing portal.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
